the temperature of the shower doesn’t get hot and if it did it took a long time.The shower doesn’t not have a mat and could be slippery.

Perfect service & phenomenal food (like I’ve tried EVERYTHING on the menu, and it was great without any exaggeration).

Not much variety of activities to do and yes, the resort is about an hour and half away from the airport, but 100% going back for either family vacation or my wedding!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always there answering questions and explaining things to us with a smile. Nothing was too much for them. The food at the restaurant was fabulous! We ate like royalty. The location was simply stunning. The beach was so peaceful and relaxing.

I love the room, big and roomy, and very close to the beach. Breakfast excellent and tasty, could be better with buffet with more variant food like fried eggs.

It has a great location and comfortable beds with complimentary water so you don’t have to use a million plastic bottles. Food is good but pricey.

Everything is so expensive. A margarita is 9€. A dinner for a family is 80€.

The staff, the location - very far from the city center - about 1.5 hrs away but I liked that it’s near the port going to the mangroves and underground river. The facilities were excellent and I loved our private pool! The staff were amazing and you’ll be greeted with smiles all the time.

Breakfast was disappointing. For a four star hotel - they are lacking on this part. They have cheese and meat station but very sad looking, with cheeses good for one person. so you’ll have to always ask them to refill. I stayed in other hotels with lower stars but their breakfast selection was great! With Daluyon, I was not excited to wake up and have breakfast tbh. I saw that the breakfast was a constant bad feedback from past customers but looks like the management doesn’t really care to bother make any improvements. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I hope they would do something about this.

Gorgeous resort in a secluded area. Accommodations were amazing and so comfortable. Staff was wonderful and the meals at the restaurant were all excellent. We had massages and relaxed on the beach. Definitely would recommend.

No complaints! The road to get there is long and windy though, and not in the best condition, so just be prepared.

Love the people, and how not busy it was it felt like a private stay and was treated well. Shout out to Ellie! We miss u!

Charming resort with lovely, quiet beach in small town (Sabang Beach). May-Oct is the slow time and you may have the beach entirely to yourself, as we did. Other restaurants/massage/stores a short walk down the beach. Very peaceful. The staff were entirely great and professional. If you want peace and quiet May-Oct this is your place.

Resort is 90 minute drive from Puerta Princessa on a very windy, serpentine road. I paid 3000 each way for private car booking at the Hue Hotel near airport. Perhaps the price you pay for peace and quiet.

Loved everything about this property. We just had two nights for our anniversary and it was perfect! Gorgeous private beach, delicious food, amazing spacious rooms. Well worth the money, such a great stay wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about this place is stunning. The rooms, the beds, the views, the beach, the facilities, the food, the cocktails the staff, it's all sensational.

It's a little more on the pricy side but really worth it for comfort.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness was one of the highlights of our experience.However, the customer service was unfortunately very disappointing. We asked for a late checkout—just one extra hour—but were denied without much explanation. As a compromise, we were offered access to the hotel facilities to freshen up before our departure.But when we got there, the condition of these facilities was absolutely unacceptable. There were frogs in the ceiling, centipedes crawling on the walls, and overall, the space was completely unfit for use—especially in a hotel that otherwise presents itself as high-quality. It felt like a completely different place and definitely did not reflect the standard of the rest of the hotel.I also asked twice to speak with the front desk manager, Miss Cherry, but both times my request was denied. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with guests only added to our frustration.In summary: beautiful hotel, lovely staff, but seriously lacking in customer service and attention to detail when it mattered most.

Resort is a fantastic place to stay. The location is stunning, though a bit far from Puerto Princesa. The service was excellent, and the room was very spacious, with a breathtaking sea view right from the door. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

I was looking forward to write a 10/10 review for this place. Staff is soo friendly, view from the room is amazing, food was good (not the best we had but still) and you can really relax in this magical place. Prices are rather high (transportation, food, drinks, massages). On our second day we broke a glas by accident while trying to clean the table. They charged us 1102.50 Pesos for it (about 20 dollar). We we’re really upset about it and asked to talk to the manager for an explanation (we thought: don‘t kill the messenger) because we couldn‘t believe that a glas costs that much here (apparently they ship it from manila) and that it‘s normal that something like this can happen at a hotel/restaurant. He then talked to the „main management“ that insisted on the charge. For us this isn‘t the treatment we expect from a „high end/luxury“ resort. While washing our clothes (for a charge of course) they damaged my bikini. We didn‘t ask for 1000 Pesos event if we imported it from Switzerland ?

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. The level of service was beyond amazing and the views were breathtaking. The resort is small and we got to know many of the other guests and staff as well.

Gorgeous setting and incredibly sympathetic to the environment and surroundings. Attentive staff and friendly.Food and facilities were brilliant and room was lovely. Turtle hatching and the sustainability message was wonderful.

I question having shark fin on the breakfast menu - it feels contradictory to everything the hotel is trying to do in terms of sustainability. Same goes for the seaweed removal (but understand this a little more).
